This page collects everything about the account itself: plans, storage, what happens when you downgrade, the referral program, notifications and settings.

Prices are on the pricing page. Subscriptions are monthly or annual, paid by card through Stripe, and can be cancelled from Subscription in the avatar menu at any time. Switching between Pro and Studio takes effect immediately; you pay only the difference for the days left in the current period.
Storage
Every track, attachment and received file counts against the quota with its real file size. Free space comes back when a file leaves the Trash. Referral rewards can add up to 10 GB on top of any plan.
Downgrading
If a paid subscription ends, the account returns to Free and every link is switched off on the spot. Your files are kept, and you decide what to share again. If you are over the Free quota:
- after 30 days the account is frozen: no new shares, downloads or streams until you are back under quota or re-subscribe;
- at 83 days you receive a warning email;
- at 90 days the oldest audio is deleted until the account fits in the Free quota.
Re-subscribing before that restores the links and lifts the freeze.
Referral
Referral in the avatar menu shows your code (your username) and link. Every 3 people who sign up with it and verify their email give you +1 GB of storage, up to +10 GB. Every 3 who become paying subscribers give you one free month of Pro: as credit on your Stripe balance if you pay, or as extra Pro time if you are on a granted plan.
Notifications
The bell in the sidebar collects, for the last 30 days: the first time each link is opened, downloads, and received files. In Settings, section Notifications, choose per event whether you want an email, an in-app notification, both or neither. Clicking an event or its dot marks it read; the eye icon marks everything read.
Settings
- Projects defaults: the appearance new playlists start with, Allow downloads by default and Allow comments by default.
- Branding (Studio): logo, name, claim and link shown under every player.
- Upload area (Studio): see Upload area.
- Newsletter: product updates and release notes.
- Archive Management: Auto archive playlist after (Pro and Studio) and Empty trash after.
Account holds your name, username, email and password. Signing in with Google is available at login; an account created with email can also sign in with Google when the addresses match.
FAQ
Do granted months and a paid subscription add up?
Yes. If you have free Pro months (founder grant, referral, promo code) and subscribe, the first charge is deferred until the granted time runs out.
