Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for content uploaded by users. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from server failures, cyberattacks, or other technical issues. Users are responsible for maintaining local copies of their files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrea Simoncini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bologna, Italy.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Substantial changes will be communicated via email.
